Evolution Fresh

Rancho Cucamonga, California

226,000 SF fruit juice processing plant, offices, freezer and cooler.

After Starbucks acquired Evolution Fresh, the company expanded beyond its
original 40,000 square-foot San Bernardino plant and relocated production
to a new 226,000 square-foot facility in Rancho Cucamonga.

Vertrees A&E provided programming, construction documents, construction
administration, and coordination of structural and MEP team members and
equipment vendors.

The campus includes corporate offices, freezer and refrigerated warehouse,
machine rooms, multiple juice processing rooms, a tank farm, and a citrus
unloading canopy. Process spaces include extraction, fillers, high-pressure
pasteurization, and packaging.
